Dr Sketchy's Suspended Animation
These were from last month's Dr Sketchy featuring the Art of Shibari.
My warm-up sketch of the venue and 5-minute sketches.I challenged myself this time by drawing full-page poses. I couldn't color the whole thing under the time limit but I had finished them before I left the bar

watercolor landscapes: FrameFilter
I found some extremely cheap B4-sized watercolor paper at a store (26php at Expressions). Watercolor paper is usually expensive for a reason so I would just go for some smooth cardstock.
The cheap paper holds itself well at 160gsm. Its rough texture makes my usual watercolor tricks, like glazing, difficult to pull off but it’s tolerable enough for practice.
Landscapes referenced from FrameFilter - it's a nice collection of cinematography from old movies.

Psychonauts
It's a fun game with the weirdest story that involves cognitive concepts and psychic abilities. If only games like these are more mainstream instead of all the Call of Duty and Halo clones.

Dr. Sketchy's "Curse of the Black Widow"

Some warm-up sketches. Top right is the model, Ms. Prudence, before she got on the couch in her burlesque outfit.

I had sketched things hurriedly so I can add in the colors before time was up.

Some of the audience and the caterers (who were all wearing steampunk or goth) volunteered to model.

Ms Prudence in her second, more risque, outfit. Last sketch before the night ended.
Big thanks to Spidersilk Productions for hosting the exhibit. Along with Dr. Sketchy, the Technoteapot exhibit brought together artists and enthusiasts to appreciate art and draw for themselves.
